Sweetie, I’m half Irish Half Polynesian, and where I live there isn’t even the slightest smell of anything lolita or gyaru style, I live in the countryside miles away from everything. The internet is your friend, seriously, all of my clothes are from the internet and I dress in a style ranging from Visual Kei to Hime Lolita and Gyaru. 

YesStyle.com ship world wide, and freeshipping on orders over 150$ (and you can easily buy a tonne for 150 dollars they have some high end expensive brands but also affordable stuff too) I reccomend LittlePaw if you’re willing to spend a bit but still reasonably priced (nothing like Moi Meme Moitie or BTSSB, Angelic Pretty etc) Orange Bear and Puffi have nice things too. YesStyle is also great for make up and false eyelashes. 

I can’t give you advice on what to do with make up since I have a lighter skin tone but if you need a hand shopping I’m your gal!!! YesStyle I reccomend, it takes a while for them to ship everything to you (about 2 weeks sometimes) but well worth the wait and they have some really good sales etc, I swear by them. Also, if you really want to splash out on a designer piece Closet-Child sell second hand pieces like Angelic Pretty and H.Naoto, I got my MMM skirt there and even though it was used (or at least as a store display from an old collection) it was in impeccable condition still had tags and was less than half the price!

Ebay can be a bit risky, but also very good and some of the sellers can be really helpful so do check that out too, be sure to read feedback to make sure the seller isn’t ripping people off and if it looks good, mail them and chat for a bit to come to some arrangement.

Kids are putting Drano, tin foil, and a little water in plastic drink bottles
and capping it up - leaving it on lawns, in mail boxes, in gardens, on driveways etc. just waiting for you to pick it up intending to put it in the rubbish, but you’ll never make it!!!

If the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken even just a little - in about 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with enough force to remove some your extremities. The liquid that comes out is
boiling hot as well.

Don’t pick up any plastic bottles that may be lying in your yards or in the gutter, etc.

Pay attention to this. A plastic bottle with a cap. A little Drano. A little water. A small piece of foil.
Disturb it by moving it; and BOOM!! No fingers left and other serious effects to your face, eyes, etc.

WTF is wrong with people!!!! This isn’t some harmless prank, this is serious. A pipebomb was delivered to the wrong house and a young child had his fingers blown off, it was on national news here, yet kids are leaving these destructive bombs about and its only being notified in tumblr, more people need to be made aware and these hooligans need to be arrested.
